1. What is your $25 Customer Referral Program?
Our company strives on building relationships with our customers because you are the reason we stay in business. We have no problem rewarding you for bringing us new customers to build relationships with, and in fact we encourage it.
Here’s how it works....existing Hydro Scrub customers get a $25 check for each and
every new customer they refer to us... this year and in all future years. Once you are a Hydro Scrub customer, every new customer you send to us will result in you receiving a $25 check. The new
customer must indicate that they were referred by you before we issue them a
contract. Hydro Scrub will send you your $25 check as soon as your referral
pays for their work. The memo portion of our check will reference your
referral’s name. There is no limit as to how many customers you may refer to
us. We include our business cards in every invoice we mail out, but if you need
more business cards to distribute around, please let us know. Make sure you tell your referrals
to remember to use your name... even years later!
2. What is your $30 Multi-Neighbor Discount?
Hydro Scrub offers a discount of $30 off your project price, as well as a neighbor's project price (neighbor being defined as being within one driving mile of each others property), if both of you agree to have work completed on the same day. The scope of each of your projects has to be such that we can initiate both projects on the same day. We do this simply because it lessens our travel time. This is a great option for those that work closely with their friends and neighbors. Ask your neighbors if they could use a quote... it may save you both $30 in the end.
3. Do you offer Senior Citizen discounts?
Hydro Scrub does offer discounts to our senior citizens. No action is required on your part. Simply tell us your a senior citizen (age 65 and over) when you call or email us. The prices provided to seniors are based on the rates of the previous year.
